Terms of Service

Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using BraidFlow. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using any part of the BraidFlow platform, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. Description of Service

BraidFlow provides a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform for braiding salon owners ("Owners") to manage bookings, staff, clients, and payments. End-clients ("Clients") may use the booking interface to schedule appointments.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when registering. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

BraidFlow offers subscription plans billed monthly or annually. Subscription fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.

5. Deposit Policy

Salon owners may configure deposit requirements for appointments. BraidFlow facilitates but is not responsible for deposit transactions between salon owners and their clients. Refund policies for deposits are set by individual salon owners.

6. Cancellation and Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period. BraidFlow may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: (a) violate any laws; (b) transmit harmful or fraudulent content; (c) attempt to reverse-engineer the platform; (d) use the service to spam or harass others; (e) share your credentials with unauthorized parties.

8. Data and Privacy

We collect and process data as described in our Privacy Policy. Salon owners are responsible for obtaining necessary consents from their clients for data collected through the platform.

9. Intellectual Property

BraidFlow owns all rights to the platform, software, and content we create. You retain ownership of your data. By uploading content, you grant us a license to host and display it as necessary to provide the service.

10. Third-Party Integrations

BraidFlow integrates with Stripe (payments), Twilio (SMS), and Resend (email). Use of these services is subject to their respective terms. We are not responsible for third-party service outages or changes.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. BRAIDFLOW DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE.

12. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BRAIDFLOW SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS OR DATA.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

14. Dispute Resolution

Disputes arising from these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unsuccessful, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Delaware.

15. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will notify registered users of material changes by email.
